Can you quote flame-resistant workwear?
Yes. Select FR workwear and include the employer or jobsite specification for each item. Exact models, protection labels, any arc rating, visibility class, and decoration are confirmed before acceptance. Availability and supplier approval are by quote.
Can company gear and funny apparel go in the same request?
Yes. Use one request and mark each item as company gear or retail apparel. Ready-to-order products in the apparel shop have their own online cart and Shopify checkout. Custom retail requests, company apparel, pearl snaps and FR gear use quotes. Jobs may have different approvals, shipping charges and arrival dates. Quantity breaks apply only where the selected supplier confirms them.
Can I order one shirt?
Yes, when the item is available in the apparel shop. Choose a size and add one to your cart. Custom garments and design changes are quoted separately.
What happens to my saying?
The text preview is a concept. If artwork needs creating, placement changes, or lettering work, we agree on that work and its cost before production. Customer-supplied content must be owned or authorized.
Do fitted and stretch-fit hats use the same sizing?
No. Fitted hats use specific hat sizes; stretch-fit hats generally use size groups. We confirm against the selected brand and model. Snapbacks have an adjustable snap closure.
When will it arrive?
Tell us the date you need. Stock, artwork approval, production, and shipping affect timing. The date is confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.
How are cancellations, defects, and replacements handled?
Order-specific cancellation, defect, replacement, and return terms are included with the quote before payment. Contact Micheal with the order reference and photos of any problem.
